Wow, After years of trying to force down the Carhartt Kool-aid, these pants offer an easy out and I’ll never look back. I cant yet speak for long term durability as I’ve only worn them for a week now but they’re off to a great start. Range of motion is incredible and they’re very breathable. One of the most impressive details is the way they cut and affixed the back pockets which allow the pocket itself to flex outward, this way when you’re back pockets are occupied with anything and you bend over it doesn’t make your pants fall down, limit your mobility, squeeze your hips and crotch, or feel like your waist has grown an entire inch. I cut also cut come pieces out of an old sleeping pad to use as knee pad inserts for the optional knee pad zone on the knees which is still a pleasant surprise everything I’m kneeling on hard surfaces! I work 2-3 days a week at a small mechanic/fabrication shop and as a carpenter to actually make ends meet. I would say I demand a lot from my work clothes and finally feel like I found something that meets my needs of excellent range of motion and durability. Thanks Caterpillar!

My husband loves these pants. They have great pockets and are very well constructed. They are not water resistant moreso quick drying. The sizing can vary, so to be safe order one waist size up than usual. One pair lasted about a year with daily wear. I washed them in the machine and hung to dry to preserve the water resistance, but eventually threw them in the dryer with his other work clothes and they dried fine. I would highly recommend these pants.

The fit is great, the pouches could be alittle more sturdy. I wear the pants for both work and riding the Harley. Enjoyed everything about them and bought 2 more

I love these pant (👖) they fit perfectly. They’re light weight. I don’t get overheated wearing them (even in the middle of summer) at all. The material is extremely durable, I have 2 pairs that are over 2 years old and are in almost as good of condition as my newer ones (other than some light fading of color)I would highly recommend these to anyone looking for waterproof/resistant pants that are comfortable and stylish.

I work outside 70% of the time at my current job. I bought these for those days when its a mist to light spotty rain. They do deflect a good amount of LIGHT exposure to rain. When it pours I doubt they would keep you really dry and I have not put them to that test. I would be in wet pants the rest of the work day if they failed. During heavy rains, I don’t work or I put on a rain suit.PROS– Tough material that should stand up to abuse well. Also somewhat water resistant. — Fit exactly as sized. I’m a 36w 32L in virtually every pant known, I ordered that size and it fit perfectly. —-Knee’s are reinforced and have knee pad pockets. If you kneel at work, get the pads! I stuffed some off brand pads in to try out and they worked ok. —– Cool pocket pouches that turn into instant light duty tool rigs. ——reinforced cuffs that should extend pant’s lifeCONS —So far only one and that is the material holds a static charge. I worked in a dirty persons house who had multiple shedding animals and had given up on vacuuming. I was covered in pet hair when I completed my job. I had to use 5 sheets on a lint roller to de-hair the pants. Something about the material makes hair, sawdust, regular dust and just about any air borne particle stick to them. I have only worn and washed them once, so maybe that will change, but I think it has something to do with the waterproofing of the fabric.I bought one pair to try out, I’ll be buying more.
